Value sharing
Creating value is a collective endeavor. At Driveco, we have set up :
- A collective profit-sharing agreement (up to 5% of salary), with a matching contribution of up to €4,000 net per year.
- Individual bonuses for each employee, according to internal grade.
- A vacation bonus (to disconnect😉) of 3% of base salary (3 times more than the conventional minimum for France).

Skills development
Attracting talent is one thing. Retaining them is the mission of the entire People team. We have set up training programs by category🪴:
- Technical: electricity for all (part of 2024 onboarding).
- Managerial: managing is a skill. Each Manager has a 2-day training program with an external coach.
- Linguistics: we are working with Busuu to offer every employee the chance to progress in languages (International ambition!).
