Job Overview:
Contribute to the industrialization and continuous improvement of Driveco’s core operations across development, deployment, and O&M (Operations & Maintenance), by defining and maintaining methods, processes, and tools. Support local and international teams in building operational excellence and scaling execution capabilities.
Your main missions:
Definition and documentation of operational procedures
- Define and maintain up-to-date procedures for station deployment, commissioning, operations, and maintenance.
- Structure documentation and work instructions across the station lifecycle (IRVE), in collaboration with field teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure alignment with quality standards and operational KPIs.
Methods, tools and continuous improvement
- Deploy, administer, and improve tools and templates used by Solution Engineers, Deployment, and O&M teams.
- Monitor operational cycles, identify bottlenecks, and propose process optimizations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and contribute to data-driven performance reviews.
Field support and issue resolution
- Engage regularly with field teams and subcontractors to detect recurring pain points.
- Lead root cause analyses and drive cross-functional workshops for improvement.
- Ensure adoption of standard methodologies across geographies.
International support and scale-up
- Support new country launches by adapting and deploying Driveco’s operational standards.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of local ops teams.
- Monitor ramp-up effectiveness and escalate structural gaps to central teams.
Preferred Experience
- Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or field operations.
- Knowledge of IRVE or infrastructure deployment projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies, process mapping, and operational diagnostics.
- Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth organization is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to structure workflows and write clear procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and field collaboration skills
- Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Power BI) and collaborative platforms
- Comfortable working in both French and English
