Job Overview:
The Operational Quality Manager leads and coordinates all quality-related activities within the Operations divisions. They ensure the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality processes, guaranteeing compliance with both internal and external standards.
Your main missions:
Certifications and Standards
- Manage the Qualifelec IRVE certification process
- Monitor administrative and Qualifelec IRVE standards
- Ensure annual updates of certification documentation
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards
Audits
- Develop the annual audit program based on defined criteria and collected data
- Plan audits with relevant stakeholders
- Define and validate audit plans
- Prepare audit checklists with internal teams
- Conduct on-site audits
- Draft and distribute audit reports
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Train internal auditors
Process Reviews
- Prepare reviews in collaboration with process owners (process sheets, etc.)
- Lead quarterly process review meetings
- Draft and share meeting minutes
- Update and monitor CAPA
- Assess and track process maturity
Lessons Learned (RETEX)
- Weekly monitoring of lessons learned (RETEX)
- Monthly reporting of RETEX progress and KPIs
- Train new employees on RETEX processes
Quality Incidents (QI)
- Manage, report, and analyze QI KPIs (control offices, construction site incidents, suppliers, maintenance)
- Investigate, conduct root cause analyses, and define CAPA with stakeholders
- Provide training on problem-solving methodologies
Document Management
- Ensure compliance with Document Management System (DMS) rules
- Conduct quarterly monitoring of DMS documents
- Support creation and updates of procedures
- Monitor adherence to procedures
International Coordination
- Organize and lead quarterly Quality Ops meetings for international teams
- Support teams in implementing Quality initiatives
Supplier Relations and Performance
- Manage quality relations with key suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor external partners' quality performance alongside Procurement, Supply Chain, and Deployment teams
- Register CAPA
- Monitor CAPA progress and effectiveness
Change Management
- Support teams in documenting changes, conducting risk and impact analyses, and developing action plans
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality management or industrial performance, ideally within construction or automotive sectors (related to EV charging is a plus).
- Experience in fast-growing environments or scale-up companies is a plus.
- Strong understanding of quality KPIs and operational performance tracking
- Experience implementing or supporting continuous improvement programs (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Ability to structure and document operational standards and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across functions
- Proficiency in data tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent in both French and English
