Join the French Sales team that is responsible for all sales activities including land acquisition (leasing or purchase), products selling, and investments opportunities. The French Sales team is currently made up of Partnership Development Managers (Partnership & Account Developer – PAD), Sales Development Representative (SDRs), Key Account Managers (KAM) and Customer Success Managers (CSM).
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a key contributor to the success of the Sales team. The SDR is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying sales opportunities, and initiating the sales process. The SDR mission in a nutshell: hunting leads!
Under the responsibility of the Head of Sales, SDRs work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Your main missions:
- Lead Generation: define and implement a prospecting strategy across all available channels to identify and contact potential Leads based on predefined priority accounts or criteria.
- Sales Outreach: initiate contact with all incoming Leads to understand their requirements and determine their fit for DRIVECO’s products and services.
- Lead Qualification: qualify Leads based on predefined criteria.
- Opportunity Creation: pitch DRIVECO to all qualified Leads to generate interest and create opportunities. Transfer contacts and book meetings for the Partnership & Account Developers (PADs).
- Pipeline Management: manage Leads in Salesforce – our CRM -, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaboration: work closely with the Sales team to develop effective sales tactics and improve the lead qualification and conversion process. Collaborate with the Marketing team to share insights from prospect interactions and optimize lead generation efforts.
Your key objectives:
The candidate is expected to meet certain targets in terms of:
- # of Leads generated
- # of Leads contacted
- # of Leads qualified
- # of Contacts created
- Accuracy of the data in the CRM

👩💻 Hard Skills
With a higher education, you have skills and experience in sales and prospecting.
● Bac+3/Bac+5 training, with a first experience in sales and appetite for prospecting.
● You are skilled at identifying and qualifying new leads, working with prospect and client databases, and understanding the challenges of both your external and internal contacts.
● You have a taste for challenges, a results-driven mindset, and a strong sense of customer service.
● You are comfortable with computer tools and ideally have some experience with CRM systems like Salesforce.
