Join the French Sales team that is responsible for all sales activities including land acquisition (leasing or purchase), products selling, and investments opportunities. The French Sales team is currently made up of Partnership Development Managers (Partnership & Account Developer – PAD), Sales Development Representative (SDRs), Key Account Managers (KAM) and Customer Success Managers (CSM).
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a pivotal role within the Sales team, responsible for managing and growing existing relationships with key strategic clients and partners at all levels of seniority, from the operational team to the C-level executives. The KAM mission in a nutshell is to make a success of existing key partnerships, and to nurture expansion with key accounts or related.
Under the responsibility of the Head of Sales, the KAM works closely with internal teams to ensure partner’s satisfaction and drive growth.
Your main missions:
- Account Management: serve as the primary point of contact for non-day-to-day issues, and build strong, long-term relationships, with existing Key Accounts, at all levels of seniority. Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, ensure retention, and promote expansion potential.
- Customer Satisfaction: ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service to existing Key Accounts. Oversee the resolution of key issues in close collaboration with the Customer Success, the Operations and the Tech teams.
- Sales Growth: continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing Key Accounts in France and abroad. Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and structure cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: manage existing Key Accounts in Salesforce – our CRM -, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain detailed records of interactions and market knowledge.
- Collaboration: work closely with the Sales team to monitor key performance metrics, track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.
Your key objectives:
The candidate is expected to meet certain targets in terms of:
- Satisfaction level from key accounts
- # of Opportunities generated from key accounts
- Accuracy of the data in the CRM

👩💻 Hard Skills
With a higher education, you have skills and experience in sales and prospecting.
● Bac+5 training, with at least 15 years of experience and leadership in strategic and key account management.
● You have already had the opportunity to work on the development of infrastructure, town planning or renewable projects and an understanding of the concepts of investment (business plans and contracts) in projects.
● Notions of the contractual, legal and commercial aspects of infrastructure projects.
● Advanced appetite for customer issues and for technical solutions (hardware and software).
● You master CRM tools (particularly Salesforce) and are able to create your monitoring tools to effectively manage your commercial activity.
