Your missions 🚀

As an Intern financial analyst, you will spearhead the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of complex transactions. Your primary mission is to support the business development team by analyzing the investments and the return of super-fast charging hubs and defining the offer for the prospects. You will oversee the preparation of the investment documents for the investment committee on a weekly basis. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will collaborate closely with different teams such as Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to develop offers that align with Driveco's strategic goals and financial criteria. 

🌟 Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Commercial Opportunities

• Lead the analysis of financial, technical, and legal aspects to determine feasibility and ensure alignment with our strategic vision.

Structuring Deals

• Collaborate with Business Developers and the Structured Finance team to create compelling and competitive offers. 
• Ensure solutions meet client needs while adhering to Driveco’s investment policies and profitability targets.

Project Handover & Reporting

•  Ensure smooth transitions to the Project Delivery team and prepare business case documentation for internal approvals.

Support in transaction processes 

• Help prepare necessary documents for business transactions (memos, presentations).
• Assist in coordinating between different stakeholders during negotiations.

Development of commercial offers:

• Participate in creating and improving commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales tools and materials.

Preferred Experience

👩‍💻 Hard Skills

• You are specialized in finance and want to work in deal structuring and transaction management and/or in the energy sector.

• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

• Fluid, clear and transparent communication – Is fluent in both oral and written English.

• Project financing and modeling expertise would be a plus.
