Within Operation and Maintenance team, in charge of operating both EV charging and Solar equipment networks, you will be responsible for managing and leading the Field Operation team. Your tasks will be the following :
Manage the Maintenance team
- Supervise a growing team of 5 maintenance engineers based in Paris HQ or Driveco branch offices
- Organize the activity according clear priorities in line with contractual commitments
- Guaranteeing the safety of employees and perfect compliance with standards
- Optimize workflows and processes to reduce time and increase team efficiency
- Analyze the quality of diagnostics and repairs, implement necessary action plan
Ensure DRIVECO's operational excellence
- Check the perfect functioning of the equipment during commissioning and take over responsibility for the installation from the Deployment team
- Meet contractual commitments in terms of equipment uptime
- Ensure equipment quality, propose and implement technical solutions to improve network reliability
- Optimize technical and economic performance of the DRIVECO network
- Manage preventive maintenance plan and track it’s execution
- Diagnose failures and trigger the necessary curative maintenance operations
- Coordinate curative maintenance operations
- Manage service providers (equipment manufacturers, maintainers, etc.) in order to optimize resolution times
- Remotely assist maintenance technicians during their on-site interventions
- Participate to on-site interventions to bring DRIVECO technical and product expertise
- Analyze failures and organize supplier warranty claims
Support the deployment of new projects
- Operate a transition to a maintenance offer containing different levels of service (SLA)
- Deploy new tools (including CMMS) allowing a fine management of interventions according to the level of service contracted
- Setting up precise reporting of intervention times by type of contract
- Propose improvements to the supervision tool and monitor their deployment

👩💻 Hard Skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years with management responsibility
- Strong leadership to motivate and support your team towards performance
- Fluent in English. Mastering Spanish or Italian is a plus
- Experience in maintenance, and ideally a first experience in the EVSE or Solar sector
- Experience with consumer electromechanical products and/or electrical infrastructure and versatile technical knowledge: electronics, IT, electrical and mechanical
