Join DRIVECO as our VP of Product, where you'll spearhead our mission to revolutionize electric vehicle (EV) charging. With your seasoned expertise in the digital product realm, you'll guide our digital app and SaaS for charging station management. Your leadership will bridge the gap between ideation and market success, steering product lifecycle from concept to continuous refinement.

Your main missions:
Strategy Leadership and Vision
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive product vision that aligns with DRIVECO's strategic goals, driving innovation in the EV charging space.
- Lead the formulation of product strategies for the digital division, ensuring they meet market needs and position DRIVECO as a leader in the industry.
- Champion the product roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term objectives, and adjusting strategies in response to changing market dynamics.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and iteration, ensuring products meet user needs and DRIVECO's quality standards.
- Implement best practices in product management to enhance efficiency, creativity, and productivity within the product team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the EV charging ecosystem.
- Utilize insights gained to inform product strategy, innovation, and differentiation, ensuring DRIVECO's offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and curiosity within the product team, encouraging team members to stay informed about industry developments.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Integration
- Serve as a key liaison between the product team and other departments, promoting open communication and collaboration across the organization.
- Ensure product strategies and roadmaps are integrated with sales, marketing, and operational plans, facilitating a unified approach to market.
- Lead cross-departmental initiatives to address challenges, optimize processes, and leverage opportunities for synergy.
Team Leadership and Development
- Inspire, manage, and grow a high-performing product team, setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering professional development.
- Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Plan and oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring the team has the skills and resources needed to achieve DRIVECO's objectives.
Performance Measurement and Improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance, tracking metrics against strategic goals and market benchmarks.
- Lead regular product reviews to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement or innovation.
- Drive a data-informed approach to decision-making, leveraging analytics tools and user feedback to refine product offerings and enhance user satisfaction.
Innovation and Customer Focus
- Champion innovative thinking within the product team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new ideas to drive product evolution.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and experiences, ensuring that user feedback and insights are central to product development processes.
- Lead by example in advocating for the customer, ensuring that product decisions enhance value and solve real-world problems for DRIVECO’s users.
🎖 Preferred Experience
Master’s degree in Engineering, Product Design, Business, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in both technical and strategic aspects of product management.

- Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in steering product strategy and launching market-leading digital apps within the tech industry, ideally with a focus on B2C platforms.
- Comprehensive Product Management: At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a notable impact on product growth and user satisfaction.
- Technical Mastery: A solid technical background and a deep understanding of agile methodologies to drive product development in a fast-paced environment.
